Cancellation Charges:

• Less than 48hours notice - 50% of appointment fee. 
  If we can re-arrange to attend within two weeks and full payment for the re-arranged session is paid in advance, the cancellation charge can be waivered.

• Less than 24hours notice, missed appointments and no shows – 100% of appointment fee.

 

Although some cancellations are unavoidable, please give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.  Failure to do so could result in the treatment charge being payable in full.  I am rarely able to fill a cancelled session at short notice and appointment availability is precious.

I work on a basis of mutual trust.  Should an emergency crop up, and I need to cancel a session, I will do my upmost to give at least 24hours notice to change the appointment.  Wherever possible, I ask my clients to do the same.  This gives me the option to offer the session to another client on my waiting list.
